Sqm Magazine is a leading journal for estate agents. Proudly branding itself the“modern estate agency magazine for the modern estate agent”, it takes a high-class approach to news, views and in-depth profiles of people in the business.
Distributed nationally to 15,000 of the
more informed members of the
profession, Sqm bears no relationship to
many trade publications: excellent design
and photography giving the whole
publication a really contemporary feel.
However, the use of a square format –
reflecting the origins of its name (the
abbreviation for Square Metre) – called
for a close examination of postage
costs…

Create a cost-effective method of distributing a
creative format, which would be ‘penalised’
under the new Royal Mail size-based pricing.
