Postal Choices Ltd is committed to protect both its own, its clients and its suppliers intellectual property from all threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental.

This is in order to demonstrate a commitment to maintaining security standards associated with ISO 27001.  In addition it enables us to comply with our Company’s corporate directives, client contract conditions relating to information security, legislative and regulatory requirements, and to identify and manage related risks.

We aim to provide management direction and support for information security within our company and to achieve this we will ensure that:

• Information is protected against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
• Confidential information is not disclosed to unauthorised persons through deliberate or careless action
• Integrity of information is maintained by protection from unauthorised modification
• Information is available to authorised users when needed
• Breaches of information security and suspected weaknesses are reported and investigated

This policy statement is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors, and will undergo an interim review as and when legislation, Client requirements or technical progression dictates.  It is communicated to all of our staff and included in our induction process.
