The people who make up the ONEPOST team are mainly from a direct mail or logistics background.  Working with a wide variety of skills, the whole team is truly dedicated to ONEPOST’s innovative business concept which brings real benefit to customers.

 

 

Management team

Graham Cooper, Managing Director

Involved with one of the country’s major mailing houses at board level for many years, Graham leads the growing ONEPOST team.

 

Tim Norman, Commercial Director

 

Tim is responsible for all the negotiations and agreements with the licensed operators, ensuring low pricing and high quality service on behalf of our customers.

 

Lesley Harris, Sales Director

 

Lesley brings sales experience in both UK and international mail, heading up the team of Business Managers.

 

Business Managers

Based across the UK, our team of Business Managers are dedicated to explaining the benefits of the liberalised postal market, working with customers to maximise postal savings. The Business Manager will also ensure that mailing houses are fully briefed with regards to operational requirements.

Supporting the team of Business Managers and growing customer portfolio, the Portishead based Operations team includes:

The operations team is co-ordinated by Paul Reed who also ensures that all PPI and data proofs are checked and approved.

 

 

Data Processing

 

Alan Ward leads the data audit process, supported by Hannah Douglas, Jonathan Cambourne and Graham Noble, sorting and streaming data to identify the most cost effective and efficient postal solution.  Alan also ensures that sorted mailing files are sent to the mailing house along with supporting documentation and bag labels.

 

 

Account Management

 

Careful planning and account management from Sophie Bateman and Sophie-Jane Lambard ensures that consumables are supplied and each mailing is collected on time and inline with the requirements of each licensed operator.

 

 

Project Management

 

Additional customer services, such as data cleansing, print buying and mailing fulfilment are sourced and managed by Luan Wise.

 

 

Office Management

 

Julie Porter is the person to speak to about all things financial – such as setting up direct debits or credit applications and providing a straightforward final invoice.
