NATIONAL TRUST

The National Trust is one of the largest membership organisations in the world – with more than 3.5 million members in over 1.9 million UK households. The logistics of communicating with this community of supporters can present enormous challenges.With different packs for different types of member, and quantities varying each renewal cycle, taking advantage of alternative postal operations would seem a 'must'.
