Graham Cooper, Managing Director
Involved with one of the country’s major mailing houses at board level for many years, Graham leads the growing ONEPOST team. Graham represents the Direct Marketing Industry on the DMA Postal & Distribution Committee as well as contributing to Postcomm (the industry regulator) activities.
Tim Norman, Commercial Director
Tim is responsible for all the negotiations and agreements with the licensed operators, ensuring low pricing and high-quality service on behalf of our customers.
Lesley Harris, Sales Director
Lesley brings sales experience in both UK and international mail, heading up the team of Business Managers who are based across the whole of the UK.
Our experienced sales team is dedicated to explaining the benefits of the liberalised postal market, working with customers to maximise postal savings.
Suzanne Bishop leads the Finance Department, supported by the Finance Team as follows:
Management accounting tasks are dealt with by Helen Lloyd. The sales ledger is managed by Tina Martin and Julie Porter, who look after customer-related matters including raising invoices, managing direct debits and responding to customer queries. The purchase ledger is looked after by Nic Rice and Sharon Willshear, who process supplier invoices, resolving any issues as swiftly as possible to ensure our suppliers are paid to terms.
Our added-value services including data cleansing, goneaway capture, print and mailing fulfilment are managed by Luan Wise.
Service Delivery
Martin Evans, head of Service Delivery, has responsibility for ensuring that all work is progressed to time in best quality and efficiency. The unit comprises data processing and account management. The team also provides a proof-checking service to ensure that all mailings managed by ONEPOST meet the criteria of the individual operators.
Data Processing
Alan Ward as Senior Data Processor, leads the data audit process and is supported by Graham Noble, Hannah Douglas, Nick Welsman and Jonathan Palmer. They have responsibility for using our unique software to sort/stream data thus identifying the most cost effective and efficient postal solution. There is then the subsequent responsibility of ensuring that sorted mailing files are sent to the mailing houses along with documentation and bag labels.
Account Management (Logistics)
Careful planning and account management from Sophie Bateman and Sophie-Jane Lambard ensures that consumables are supplied and each mailing is collected on time and in line with the requirements of each licensed operator. In order to maintain a high quality service they are supported by Nicky Leighton.
Account Management (Customer Service)
With rapid growth comes the need to provide support to the Business Managers, which is ably supplied by James Hembrough, Heather Sherriff and Rebecca Palmer.
