Graham launched ONEPOST in 2005, when the postal service was deregulated and the market became competitive. He’s been in Direct Mail for 30 years and has held senior roles in Operations and Client Services for leading mailing houses.
Graham was a founder Board Member of the Direct Marketing Association.
Lesley has been working in the Direct Mail industry for 18 years, and has cross-sector experience of UK and International post services and mailing houses. She joined ONEPOST shortly after it was set up by Graham, and since joining has overseen consistent sales growth, which has seen ONEPOST in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 for 2 years.
Lesley pioneers a customer-centric approach to business, and takes pride in her Client Services and Business Management teams who always go the extra mile for customers.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mark joined the ONEPOST board in November 2014. During his career, Mark’s gained extensive and diverse experience, having worked in the Royal Mail Group, and with a major national logistics provider, as Network Director. This makes him perfectly placed to keep driving our operations forward as we grow.
A qualified Chartered Accountant since 1994, Suzanne Bishop joined ONEPOST in May 2008 to build a finance team capable of supporting the rapid growth of the company.
At ONEPOST, Suzanne has project-managed the introduction of new finance and workflow systems. The finance team provides a consistently high level of cost-effective service to those customers whilst also maintaining excellent relationships with our suppliers.
OPERATIONS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Steve worked for the Post Office Group for 18 years in a range of Operational and Management Roles. He has experience across the business in Post Office Counters, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. Steve also worked in a senior role for DHL Global Mail, implementing and managing their downstream access business before moving to ONEPOST in 2009.
Steve is our Operations Development Director and is responsible for the development of new initiatives and service options for the ONEPOST business. He also manages the relationships with all our Governmental Customers and the CCS Framework Team.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS – ACCESS PRODUCTS
Mark joined the ONEPOST team in 2013, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in the mail industry. Before this, Mark worked with other major DSA operators, as well as on the client side managing large-scale mailings. Mark is responsible for the operations team in Portishead, and has overall responsibility for ONEPOST end-to-end management of all of our key logistics and delivery partners. Mark also plays a pivotal role liaising with mailing houses and striving to ensure we consistently meet customer requirements.
HEAD OF FULFILMENT AND UNSORTED MAIL SERVICES
Maxine has worked in the Mailing Industry for over 30 years, spending a good proportion of this time at Royal Mail where she worked as a Key Account Manager, gaining an in-depth knowledge of postal services, both standard and Bespoke.
At ONEPOST Maxine is currently responsible, along with her team, for the management of both Unsorted Mail and Fulfilment services, providing support to Customers, Business Managers and our Processing site in Derby.

Before joining ONEPOST, Chris held a Senior Client role at a large mailing house. Over nearly 10 years he has worked with a multitude of clients, print management companies and marketing agencies and brings his vast knowledge of print and production techniques to bear in helping us meet the needs of customers from all industries.
During his time at ONEPOST Chris has been at the forefront of many of the top accounts and always makes sure we exceed your expectations. He’s also able to offer a ton of practical advice on campaign management, added value services and postage.
